Um cliente estava enfrentando falha de rolamento em uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de ventilador de recircula\u00e7\u00e3o de ar em uma planta de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de min\u00e9rio. Esse problema estava acontecendo regularmente. O resfriamento de ar comprimido foi aplicado para tentar reduzir a alta temperatura de funcionamento dos rolamentos. Os engenheiros da NSK conduziram uma an\u00e1lise da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo uma pesquisa de temperatura do ventilador e dos rolamentos, revelando os principais problemas com o encaixe incorreto dos rolamentos, lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o excessiva e arranjo de veda\u00e7\u00e3o inadequado. A NSK recomendou o uso de rolamentos autocompensadores de rolos NSKHPS dentro dos bases de mancais SNN da NSK e das veda\u00e7\u00f5es de labirinto NSK. Al\u00e9m disso, foram fornecidas recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es para o encaixe, intervalos e quantidades de lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o corretos. Um teste foi realizado, resultando em nenhuma falha de rolamento por mais de 12 meses. O resfriamento de ar comprimido tamb\u00e9m foi removido, agregando economia adicional.<\/p>\n
