A m\u00e1quina \u00e9 usada na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de se\u00e7\u00f5es moldadas e, portanto, os rolamentos precisam acomodar cargas extremamente pesadas. O desgaste e a fadiga estavam resultando em falha prematura do rolamento, com 3 falhas at\u00e9 o momento. Ap\u00f3s uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, a NSK sugeriu um teste de durabilidade com os rolamentos autocompensadores de rolos SWR\u2122 da NSK. Os rolamentos SWR s\u00e3o feitos de a\u00e7o especialmente desenvolvido para rolamentos, que apresenta uma resist\u00eancia ao desgaste muito melhor contra a fadiga.<\/p>\n
