A usina utilizou unidades de rolamento alojadas instaladas em um eixo de 60 mm funcionando a aproximadamente 1485 rpm. A NSK foi requisitada para realizar uma an\u00e1lise de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o na condi\u00e7\u00e3o atual da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o. Um engenheiro de monitoramento de condi\u00e7\u00e3o qualificado pela ISO14836-2 visitou o local para fazer uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o dos rolamentos, as leituras iniciais foram feitas pela NSK, e as leituras subsequentes foram feitas nas semanas seguintes para determinar a tend\u00eancia da condi\u00e7\u00e3o e prever onde as falhas podem ocorrer.<\/p>\n
