Devido \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es de opera\u00e7\u00e3o severas, os rolamentos padr\u00e3o forneciam apenas 1400 horas de opera\u00e7\u00e3o. O principal objetivo era diminuir os gastos com substitui\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de rolamentos. A NSK inspecionou as unidades de rolamento juntamente com as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de opera\u00e7\u00e3o. Como resultado, novos rolamentos de rolos c\u00f4nicos de quatro carreiras Super-TF com projeto interno modificado e \u00e2ngulo de contato foram entregues para teste. Com a solu\u00e7\u00e3o sugerida, a vida \u00fatil do rolamento foi aumentada para 2.200 horas.<\/p>\n
