Rolamentos fixos de esferas foram usados na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e apresentavam falhas em m\u00e9dia a cada seis semanas, resultando em tempo de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o planejado e perda de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Foi determinado que a falha foi resultado de entrada de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o atr\u00e1s das veda\u00e7\u00f5es dos rolamentos. NSK recomendou a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o do rolamento existente por rolamentos fixos de esferas de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel equipados com veda\u00e7\u00f5es DDU de contato duplo e lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o Molded-Oil\u2122.<\/p>\n
